About the job

Sales agents will handle customer inquiries and event booking for all Simply Crepes locations. They will work with clients to identify their needs and recommend catering and events solutions based on customer’s hope and dreams. They will seek new business opportunities and develop new client relationships. Follow up communications will be necessary to ensure quality control and future bookings. Sales agent will receive a base pay rate plus commissions on closed bookings. Sales agent will report to Catering & Events Director and will have opportunities to work remote as well as in person.

Job Duties

• 
  Reports to Catering & Events Director
• Contact potential new clients through various avenues
• Coordinate booking and events calendars for all Simply Crepes locations
• Work through initial discovery process with potential clients to identify their needs
• Propose initial ideas based on customer requests
• Close initial sales process by securing customer deposits
• Work alongside Catering & Events Director on site weekly. Remote & flex scheduling opportunities available.
• Responsible for time management and productivity
• Aid on highly booked event days, if needed
